Most terrible service department iv ever been to. They dont call and keep you updated, had the truck for 3 weeks and didnt do anything to it other than use all my fuel and drive 140 miles just to make sure its in full derate. Left it unlocked out front with the keys inside of it. -40 degree weather and they left it unplugged. Got pissy with me when i would call to try and figure out what was going on. All around terrible service and terrible place. Do not take any vehicle there to get serviced! I now have to trailer my truck 100 miles because they put it in limp mode.
