I ordered from them online with almost a 4 weeks to deliver for the holidays. Unfortunately they made some shipping error and sent my item to the wrong destination. Thank god I noticed and contacted them. They made no attempt to correct or compensate me for the inconvenience. I spend $13 just in shipping and they still offered nothing to correct their failure. Would not recommend them! Do not shop with Cowboy Shop if you're planning to have your items arrive when they're promissed!
