This law firm is by far the best I have ever experience. If Neal was licensed in New Jersey I would pay him to just retain him as lawyer. He does exactly what he says he's going to do. He works quickly and gets the job done while he's extremely busy working other cases. He empathizes with you and never makes you feel like you are bothering him.
He is a great communicator, straightforward about possible outcomes and an impressively hard worker. Neal knows the value of an honest days work and understands that the amount of money you spend to hire an attorney can be lot, he makes you feel like it is worth the expense.
They also took payments from me and did not harass me or contact me about them I did make them faithfully and never missed one though.
His legal assistant Chrissy is AMAZING. She follows up on everything and is in constant communication with you. If she doesn't have the information she will get it and follow up, not leave you hanging. There were times she couldn't reach my cousin their the prison and contacted me and had me relay messages (of course with his permission).
Is Neal was busy and my cousin and he couldn't talk to Neal she would immediately make another appointment for my cousin to call back or send me the message. They also went out of their way to have a video sentencing for my cousin so he didn't have to do the 15 hour drive.

He has a great personality that allows him to build quality relationships with his associates and in turn he can represent his clients to the best of his ability.
