The pharmacy techs there have always been nice. But not enough to make up for the pharmacists who break the law and lie!
Save yourself the trouble - don't go there.
Had the opportunity to try out this pharmacy and I can say I will transferring all my business to Altitude Drug. Never much cared for getting my prescriptions at the grocery store but that used to be the only option-not anymore. It's nice to have someone take the time to actually explain things to me, and not just hand me a white bag across the counter. The pharmacist there was personable and went out of her way to answer any and all questions I had. I would recommend that everyone who currently thinks they HAVE to get their prescriptions filled in the back of a grocery store, go down to Altitude Drug and experience how a true pharmacy treats their customers. You won't be disappointed.
Both pharmacists there are horrible. I ended up transferring to another pharmacy because they are so bad.
They even lied to me - they said they would order my medicine that they didn't have in stock and that I could pick it up after 12 p.m. on the next day; but when I went to get it they said they had not ordered it yet and to come back again the following day. This led to me running out of my medicine. They showed no sympathy, they were just very cold hearted.
Best Pharmacy in town. Great service, pharmacist is very knowledgeable and knows her medicines. Definitely will be back!!!
Great pharmacy....people are friendly and prescriptions are filled in timely manner.
