Small place but the amount of caring demonstrated makes it seem huge! They take the time to explain everything and do their best to make your pet comfortable. All options are explored for care - even the insanely expensive ones. But the decision is left to the pet owner and no pressure is felt to spend more money. The Doctors and Staff are friendly and really do care about your pet. Absolutely the place to go in Pinedale for small animal care!
We are traveling for the summer and our small dog has had a chronic problem with debilitating ear pain and disorientation. We have visited 3 other vets on our journey all of whom have done their best to diagnose and cure the problem but it keeps returning.
Our experience at the Animal Clinic of Pinedale was exceptional. Dr. Dean and the staff at the clinic were very caring and accommodating.
When we returned the same young lady remembered us, copied Molly's medical records for Dr. Dean to review and invited us back. Dr. Dean listened while we related the last few months of Molly's medical history. As an experienced vet will do I could tell he was reading between the lines ... What various ailments might have been the cause of her symptoms, which prior treatments showed improvement and which ones didn't, what else might factor into a revised diagnosis.
Great staff. My dogs love the vet
Since we are traveling we stopped by the office without an appointment but the young lady working the office over the lunch hour was very helpful. She listened to our issues and said we could either wait a few minutes and she would work us into the doctors schedule or we could return in a couple of hours when they had an opening. Pindale is such a nice town we chose to take a 3:15 appointment and explore a bit.
Dr. Dean took the time to explain to me that a number of things might be causing the problem and laid out a stepwise treatment plan that should ferret out the solution. Since we will be moving on to another town in a few days Dr. Dean gave us specific instruction on which medications to begin with first and specifically now to revise treatment depending on how Molly reacted. He also advises us as to what symptoms would dictate another vet visit.
I can't be more happy with the young ladies that run the office and Dr. Dean is by far the best vet we have visited along our travels. I'm sure that Molly is the beneficiary. Thanks Y'all.
